Our goal is to raise £10m by 2030 with the founders pledging a minimum of £1m to this effort. By creating a £10m endowment it ensures we can make long lasting impact each year in a structured and consistent way.

What happens to your donation
We don't wait to raise the £10m before we back charities. We invest the endowment in a low risk way to generate returns which are then used to back charities in the following year. For example, if the foundation had £2m in a year which generated 5%, then £100,000 will be used as the donation for the following year to vetted charities. Each year we produce a report of the funds raised, how much was actively invested and what returns were generated. We also publish where those returns were spent so you can see the impact we are making on the ground.

Join our giving circle and be part of a community that cares and wants to make impact. You can donate as a one off, monthly or annually. As a donor you will receive our impact reports as well as be invited to member events across the year.

Harry Gill
Harry Gill is the Co-Founder and CEO of a fast growing healthcare company in the UK. Having been raised in the Midlands in an entrepreneurial family, Harry has seen first hand how an inspired young mind is able to break social barriers and live to your fullest potential. Harry also has a passion for conservation, the world is beautiful and we should do our part to protect its beauty for current and future generations.
Dr Sandy Gill
Dr Sandy Gill is Co-Founder and Ambassador of a fast growing healthcare business operating in the United Kingdom. Being a qualified Dentist, Sandy has always had a passion to care for people and her philanthropic journey started over 20 years ago when she first supported Operation Smile. Sandy is a keen traveller and wants to ensure the world can be enjoyed by as many people in the future.
Emily Franklin
Emily is a Chief People Officer and has a passion for ESG and influencing change. Having worked in many sectors including energy and healthcare, Emily freely donates her time to the Foundation in capacity of Trustee to help the founders meet their goals and ambitions of long term impact in the two focus areas.
