The Harry & Sandy Gill Foundation was established by husband and wife team Harry Gill and Dr Sandy Gill in 2025 to formalise their philanthropy efforts. Together they have a vision to create a £10m endowment fund and have personally pledged to donate £1m. The endowment proceeds will be used to support young people aged 6-18 as well as protecting our planet through conservation efforts.

Our values
We believe in long term impact and to do this we live by our values. All our charitable work starts with the concept of making a small step. Sometimes the problems the world is facing seem unbearable with a sense of not being able to achieve anything. But we believe small steps help create a flywheel, perhaps taking decades to come to fruition. By starting small we also get to really see the impact and stay close to our goal. Of course there are lots of problems we could try help solve, but staying focussed will mean we can make maximum impact with the funds we have. We also believe that as much of our funds should go to the front line, which is why we will partner with charities and organisations so that we can stay lean. Finally, we promise to go see the work we back to get to the front line stories and feel connected to our work. These values shape how we operate.
